Please reach us at record@vintagesoundstudios.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Our standard rate is $75/hour which includes an engineer.  Package prices are available upon request and we also offer discounts for students and military/veterans.  We encourage anyone interested in utilizing our services to schedule a free onsite tour & consultation prior to booking.

We specialize in Pop, Rock, Country, Classical, Christian, Americana, and Singer-Songwriter

At Vintage Sound Studios, we strive to educate our clients on best practices to obtain the highest quality results possible.  Our standard process follows these steps:

  1. Pre-production - This step focuses on scratch tracks and getting to a "rough draft" of your song.  During this step, the arrangement, tempo, and key signature are locked down.
  2. Tracking - Once scratch tracks are recorded, we can now overdub final parts, usually beginning with the drums, bass, and rhythm instruments.  However, we also provide the ability to record the entire band at once.
  3. Editing - This step involves critically listening to each track for any glitches or timing issues which need to be resolved before mixing.
  4. Mixing - Once the individual tracks are ready, a mix engineer can now focus on mixing the project down to stereo.
  5. Mastering and distribution - After the mix has been approved by the client, the stereo recordings can then be sent to mastering and distribution to all major platforms (spotify, apple music, etc.)

Our process is designed to follow industry-standard best practices in the recording industry.  However, it doesn't all have to happen at our studio.  For example, if you've already tracked your song(s) at another studio, you can bring your files to us for editing and mixing.  Or if you want to track drums with us then take your files home with you to mix, that's fine too!

Our studio space is very flexible and can be used in a variety of ways, however, we can only allow music videos to be shot at our facility if the music was also recorded with us.

Yes!  We are well-equipped to record an entire band simultaneously.  Our personal monitoring system allows each member to easily create their own headphone mix.  However, it is still advisable to overdub lead parts and vocals separately.
